We review each application carefully. In most cases, applications to the Benji Affiliate Program are processed within five business days. If your application is approved, you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some tools to help you get started.
Benji doesn't provide feedback on individual applications for any denied applications.
No. Once you drive your first referral, your link will remain active forever. If your link isn’t generating sign-ups within the first three months, we’ll deactivate the account so we can make room for other active participants in the program.
Once you’re approved, you can log in to the affiliate dashboard to track your referrals. In the dashboard, you can track visits to your link, how many people signed up, and how many upgraded to a paid plan. As long as you’ve used your unique referral URL correctly, the data you see in your dashboard will be accurate.
The first thing to do is ensure your referral link is copied and pasted exactly as we shared. If this is correct and you still think there are issues, you should remind your audience to use your unique link when signing up. If someone sees your link but searches for or finds Benji on their own or browses the website from another place, the conversion won’t be tracked against your link and it won’t count as your referral.
All affiliate commissions will be paid out as direct deposits into your bank account. To protect your privacy, we don't ask for your bank account info until you have a payout available.
Provided we have your bank information, you will automatically get paid on the 15th of every month. It may take a few days for the bank to process the payment, so please give it 3–5 business days to see the funds in your account.
